Iowa WIC Application Information

The Iowa WIC program is for women, infants, and children living in Iowa and facing nutritional risk. The program provides a wide range of nutritional benefits, supplies, and education to the qualified participants. The program covers children up to the age of five, pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women. The program requires all the applicants to be determined as nutritional risk by a qualified health professional in order to receive benefits. Eligibility Requirements

Automatic Income Eligibility

For households where one or more members receive SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, or benefits from certain other programs are automatically income eligible for Iowa WIC program.
