LIHEAP Application Instructions
In order to apply for LIHEAP in Idaho, you will have to contact your local agency that is providing LIHEAP benefits. You can find list of agencies offering these benefits in different areas in LIHEAP here. Use this link to find out the agency who is offering LIHEAP benefits in your area.
When you apply for Idaho LIHEAP, remember to bring the following documents with you so that your eligibility can be determined for the program.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Idaho LIHEAP, you will have to meet the following eligibility requirements.

You must be a U.S citizen or a qualified alien

You must be a resident of Idaho

You must have genuine financial requirement for LIHEAP assistance

Your household income for last three months prior to filing the application should be below 150% of the federal poverty level (FPL)
Income eligibility
