WAP Application Instructions
In order to apply for Delaware WAP, follow these steps:

Visit your local Home Weatherization Department and obtain an application from the office.

After you submit an application, an inspector will inspect your home and determine the improvement work needed.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to receive Delaware WAP services, applicants will have to meet certain eligibility criteria.

Applicants must be U.S citizens of qualified aliens

Applicants must be residents of state of Delaware

Applicants should not have received weatherization assistance through Delaware WAP on a previous occasion

Applicants must meet the income guidelines for the Delaware Weatherization Assistance Program
Income eligibility for Delaware WAP
In order to become Delaware WAP eligible, households will have to meet the following income guidelines.

If you have more than eight members in your household, then add $7,920 for each additional person to find income limits for your household.
